Member of the Executive Management Team, the Service Director reports to the Business Unit Manager. He/She is responsible for the BU Service operations and leadsthe service teams, on the field as well as in the office. Responsibility includes order intake for repairs and emergencies, routine maintenance, efficient planning oftechnicians, timely invoicing and monitoring service quality within the whole process. Directly, he/she manages 6 to 8 people while coordinating indirectly a team of 160-200 headcount. He/She will support the activity transformations within the coming months & will plenty participates to his/her own perimeter organization. Within this framework, he/shehas a demonstrated ability in building organization while maintaining a great level of engagement among the teams.
