New Equipment Sales Director (H/F)


We are looking for our future New Equipment Sales Director.

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems France is division of ASSA ABLOY with nearly 500 employees and revenues of more than 100 million euros. It provides solutions for the efficient and safe flow of people and goods in professional buildings. Our offer includes a wide range of automatic rigid or flexible industrial doors, as well as docking solutions and all services for their upkeep and maintenance. It brings together under one brand the leaders that have energized the industrial door market: Crawford, Albany, Megadoor and Nergeco.

Our new Equipment Sales Director will be responsible for defining, implementing and successfully deliver on an equipment sales plan, tailored for a wide range of customers, to a value of approximately 50m€. You will implement efficient processes and tools within your team to allow for efficient teamwork and reaching set key performance indicators. You will on a daily basis motivate, manage and inspire your team to build a successful future together. You will continuously develop key talents and enable career growth across the team. Day to day, you manage, motivate and ignite your team.

You will be part of the France Management team, and manage a New Equipment team of approximately 45 professionals among Sales, Installation & Back Office Departments.

Role and responsibilities, as the New Equipment Sales Leader of the company:

  • Full P&L responsible for new equipment’s
  • Define and implement successful Go-to-market for all product ranges
  • Build and deploy a professional specification approach
  • Secure that  best practises are shared to optimize the organization
  • Monitor market development and competitors’ activity
  • Close collaboration with our Product Marketing team

You are also responsible for supervising the installations of all equipment and especially:

  • Ensure the conformity of installations
  • Define and implement plans to reduce quality costs
  • Support the implementation of consistent administrative and field processes
  • Secure delivery of our products to the our requirements and satisfaction of our customers

What we are looking for
We welcome strong leaders who have proven B2B sales experience from an industrial company and expect that you have minimum 10 years' experience from similar selling roles.

You should fell comfortable in an environment with multi-brands and products. A proven track record of successfully leading a sales organization is a must, along with knowledge of sales management and use of CRM tools as an enabler of accelerated profitable growth.
